About the role
You'll take AI features from prototype to production — designing RAG pipelines, evaluating models and shipping reliable, observable inference that real users depend on.
What you'll do
- Design and ship LLM-powered features (RAG, agents, tooling)
- Build and evaluate data and retrieval pipelines
- Own model selection, prompting and guardrails
- Productionize inference with monitoring and cost controls
- Partner with product to find high-impact AI use cases
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in ML/AI engineering, with production experience
- Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings and vector stores
- Strong Python and data engineering fundamentals
- Pragmatic about evaluation, latency and cost
Nice to have
- Fine-tuning experience
- MLOps tooling
- Published research or OSS
