About the role
You'll own design end to end — from understanding the problem to shipping polished UI engineers love to build. You balance craft with pragmatism and validate ideas with real users.
What you'll do
- Lead product design from research to high-fidelity UI
- Run lightweight user research and usability testing
- Build and maintain design systems and components
- Partner with engineers to ship faithfully and fast
- Raise the design bar across the studio
What we're looking for
- 4+ years designing digital products end to end
- A strong portfolio of shipped work
- Fluency in Figma and modern design systems
- Great communication and product thinking
Nice to have
- Motion / prototyping skills
- Front-end familiarity
- Brand/visual design range
