What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of senior engineers
- Own delivery — planning, execution and outcomes
- Set technical direction with the team, not above it
- Coach, give feedback and run great 1:1s
- Stay hands-on where it adds the most leverage
What we're looking for
- 2+ years managing engineers, on top of senior IC experience
- A track record of shipping real products
- Strong communication and people-development skills
- Sound technical judgment across the stack
